The peasants' words:

 

In our family, it is not enough to pay the tax if you only depend on the land. So the main labors go out to earn their living so that they can pay all kinds of expenses demanded by various levels of government.

The township government charges for all kinds of things. In order to collect the money, the government appoints certain person to do it. They takes the cows or pigs away,even given a beat. For without the charge, they don't have the bonus.
